Questions we get asked

How is it priced?
By fleet size and which modules you turn on, billed monthly. We quote after a short call because a ten-car operation running airport work and a fifty-car operation running events need very different things — and we'd rather not sell you a tier you don't use.
Do you charge per trip?
No. Trip volume shouldn't punish you for a good month. Flight-tracking and SMS usage are passed through at cost when you exceed the included allowance.
Can we move off our current dispatch software?
Yes. Bring exports of your passengers, vehicles and drivers in whatever format your current system produces — the same import pipeline that reads client manifests handles migrations.
What does onboarding look like?
We set up your organization, import your drivers and vehicles, and run one live event alongside you before you cut over. Drivers install the app and sign in with a PIN — usually the shortest part.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans are month-to-month. Enterprise agreements are annual so we can commit to the custom work in them.
